Friend failed driving test because he was black what should he do?

I had a friend who failed his driving test because he was black. the driving examiner called him a ****** and said IM gonna fail you because your a ****** as soon as he got in the car then the examiner said he did one thing arong and failed him that f u c k ed up what should he do?
