Why can't you ask a question without the Knock?

All to often I see a question that looks interesting, but as I read it, I find that the questioner has felt the need to make a slam against God, or the specific subject of his query. Why do people feel the need to editorialize in their question? Why can't you just ask a straight question and make your comments below, if the need to be sarcastic is so compelling?
