I have a relationship problem, it might be her it might be me?

Well my girlfriend and I have been together for a year and five months now I would have though everything is perfect but it's not quite there. We fight almost everyday if not every other day. We've almost broken up but we always come back. Here are some problems I see. Well let's start with her she is more stuck up, less lovey, and has a I don't care I do what I want attitude. Me well I get mad if she starts talking to her bad friends too much my reason they are bad influences they talk about boys and ect yes i am a jealous person. I also have a problem when she tells me she is going somewhere and she ends up going to ten thousand other places I know I am not her father and ect but the things she does restricts my trust with her like boyfriends cheating wise I guess I can trust but where she goes and does I can't to better explain myself I don't like her going out to places where she would be able to drink and I am not there to help her out I don't want some creep to take advantage of her.
