Who said we might want to consider trading-in our cars if we don’t like high gas prices?

President Obama, it's great idea. I trade in my cars every 6 to 12 months. Other than my 64 Mustang, 67, 68, and 69 Camaro's, my 78 Trans Am and my 82 Ferrari I don't own a car over 3 months old right now.
