Should biased questions be banned?

It is wrong to post question like this, but there is no way they could "crack down" on questions like you mention because the site is not run by "humans". All that you can do is report these cleverly designed, biased questions and if they're reported by more than 1 respected member they should then be removed. I read an interesting piece about how YA on initial set up tried to monitor questions like you mention, but I think they've lost the battle, and I totally agree with you.
